Product information "Glass oiler acrylic glass"

These glass oilers for model making are made from brass. The sight glass is made of impact-resistant acrylic glass. Both sizes have a connection thread with an M3 meter standard thread. The glass oilers have a fixed flow rate. The flow hole is 1.0mm. The oilers are designed as cup oilers and do not have a top lid. The real glass oilers can be installed on cylinders of flame eaters and Assemble Stirling engines. Of course, the glass oilers also look very good on eccentrics, bearing blocks of steam engines or internal combustion engines.

The oilers are available in 2 different sizes.

Flame eater oil
The Flame eater oil from Bengs Modellbau is particularly suitable for lubricating the pistons and cylinders of flame-eaters in technical model construction. The flame-eater oil is an oil, based on white oil. It is liquid as water, odorless and biodegradable. Another important advantage of our Flame-eater oil for use in technical model construction is that it does not attack paints and varnishes. When the flame eater or parts of the flame eater exceed the temperatures of 150 ° C, the flame-eater evaporates and produces a beautiful white smoke. The oil we offer is normally used in the aircraft RC model building as smoke oil.   Many oils leave behind residues in the hot vacuum engine, which cause the piston to run smoothly in the cylinder. Likewise, when lubricating with graphite powder, deposits of graphite dust are produced over time, which lead to the piston becoming dull. These residues must be removed from time to time. For a long time we asked ourselves:   Which oil is best used for a flame eater or vacuum motor? And here is finally the solution! Flame eater oil from Bengs Modellbau. With the oil from Bengs Modellbau you do not have the described disadvantages and also the following advantages:   Flame eater oil is liquid like water   Odor neutral biodegradable It does not attack lacquers Best suited for technical modeling Made in Germany No dangerous good according to UN, IMO, ADR / RID, IATA / ICAO. Contains: 100ml   E-mail of a satisfied customer: I have today the Flammenfresseröl from you for my Stirlingmotor tried. Until now, I have oiled the model engines with WD 40. But the oil of you is a show! The high speeds I got with it are not comparable with WD 40. And all without residue and no hardening. Simply super! Best regards Video Flame eater oil

High temperature soft solder
High temperature soft solder with a melting point of 250 ° C is suitable for fittings, pipelines and components on steam engines, Stirling engines and flame eaters. The soft solder is filled with a flux that burns without residue when flame brazing (flux residues must be removed in the case of piston soldering !!!). If you need additional flux, you can use normal soft solder flux. Due to the increased melting point of 250 °, it is a good alternative to brazing. However, the high-temperature softening braze can not replace brazing. This product should not be used in the vicinity of the boiler. The use of silver solder is recommended. Wire diameter: 1mm Wire length: 1000mm This product is unleashed !!!

Model screws
Here you will find model construction screws in various diameters and lengths made of brass. A model bucket with a hex head has a smaller key width and a higher head compared to standard hex head screws. With model screws, you can give your steam engine, Stirling engine or Flammenfresser an authentic appearance. Since the screws used at the time of steam engines or station heaters were similar in proportions. In addition, the smaller heads consume less space on your model machine and they can be placed closer. We recommend that you use our Micro plug to mount the model screws. One packaging unit includes 25 model hexagon bolts. The following model screws are available at any time. Model building screw brass SW. 3mm M2x5mm / head height 2 mm Model building screw brass SW. 3mm M2x6mm / head height 2 mm Model building screw brass SW. 3mm M2x10mm / head height 2 mm Model building screw brass SW. 4mm M3x8mm / head height 1.7 mm Model building screw brass SW. 4mm M3x15mm / head height 2,5 mm Price per 25 pieces in EUR.
