The Power Coat 4 PRO is a high-quality powder coating system for small to large areas. You will receive the powder coating gun in a high-quality plastic case in which everything has its place. This powder gun is significantly more robust than our standard powder coating system. This makes it suitable for use in commercial businesses and for ambitious DIY enthusiasts. Our powder coating systems are very often used in the restoration of old motorcycles or cars. With this system it is possible to coat entire motorcycle frames or rims with powder varnish for coating. The result is indistinguishable from industrial powder coating. The powder becomes statically charged in the barrel of the gun due to the friction on various materials. The device is connected to the earth conductor of the socket via a ground terminal and a Schuko plug, which means the component is grounded. Due to the electrostatic charge generated during the run, the coating powder adheres to the workpiece. This effect allows you to coat a variety of materials. The charging occurs when the powder particles touch the wall of the barrel of the powder gun, causing electrons to be released from the Teflon™ barrel. The powder paint particles are separated from the spray gun faster than the charge can be redistributed. This means that the powder particles remain charged and stick to any material. You do not need any additional electricity for the tribo process. The included plug is only the ground connection of the device. These replacement powder containers are suitable both as a powder container for the powder coating device and for storing unneeded powder. The replacement powder containers come with a screw cap so you can store the powder in a dry place. With a replacement powder container, changing the color when powder coating with the Power Coat 4 PRO is much quicker. The replacement powder containers are made from break-resistant plastic. The standard size of the replacement powder containers can hold 0.5L of powder.   Hier finden Sie eine Auswahl an Sonderpulvern zum selber pulverbeschichten. Wir haben für Sie die im Modellbau gebräuchlichsten Sonderpulver als Pulverlack zusammengestellt. Alle bei uns erhältlichen Pulverlacke eignen sich sowohl für Corona Pulverpistolen als auch für Tribo Pulveranlagen. Unser Pulverlack eignet sich hervorragend um ihn mit unserem Bengs Modellbau Pulverbeschichtungsgerät zu verwenden. Auch diese Beschichtungspulver eignen sich für den Außenbereich und sind UV resistent. Mit dem Pulverlack transparent farblos Hochglanz können Sie metallische Oberflächen egal ob poliert oder gesandstrahlt sehr gut versiegeln. Außerdem eignet sich das transparente Beschichtungspulver um eine zweite Schicht Pulver über eine bestehende pulverbeschichteten Fläche aufzutragen. Metallic Glanz wird sehr oft zum Alufelgen pulverbeschichten verwendet. Es hat eine silberne Grundfarbe mit einem starken Metalliceffekt. Der Pulverlack eignet sich sowohl zum pulverbeschichten von Alufelgen als auch zum veredeln von anderen Metallteilen an Motorrädern, Oldtimern oder im technischen Modellbau. Des weiteren haben wir noch 3 Schwarzvarianten im Shop. Tiefschwarz matt wird sehr gerne im Bereich Motorrad verwendet. Der matte Pulverlack ist äußerst robust und widerstandsfähig hat aber gleichzeitig eine tolle matt Optik. Tiefschwarz Feinstruktur erzeugt eine schwarze Oberfläche mit einer feinen Narbenstruktur. Dieses Beschichtungspulver eignet sich sehr gut für den Bau von Schalttafeln, im Anlagenbau und für Details in technischen Modellbau. Schwarz Krokoeffekt hat eine noch stärkere Narbenstruktur. Dieser Effektlack wird gerne in der Offroad Szene eingesetzt zum Beispiel für Bullenfänger, Stoßstangen und andere Aufbauten von Motorrädern Geländewagen.   Das Beschichtungspulver ist in Kunststoff Eimer abgefüllt so das, das Pulver dauerhaft trocken bleibt.
